Strategy Director- This process is an invaluable element of many of our executive coaching programmes. It involves the coachee gathering confidential data from a wide range of stake-holders via a customised on-line questionnaire. This opens a window onto how they are perceived by colleagues above them, below them and at the same level within their organisation.
- The questionnaire we use is designed for those in leadership and management roles and is tailored to be as helpful and relevant as possible for each client. With the help of the coach, the client chooses a range of colleagues to receive the questionnaire. Their responses are anonymised to encourage honest and open feedback.
- The questionnaire is designed to draw out strengths and achievements as well as identifying behaviours which colleagues would like to see continued, stopped or changed. The insights gained from that data enable strengths and development points to be incorporated into the coaching objectives.
- As well as shedding light on areas for improvement, clients often find the process very affirming. Most importantly, the insights gained help them to take their leadership to a new level.
