Executive Coach- Supervision is the term for regular, confidential discussion of client work with another, more experienced practitioner. In the field of executive coaching, as in other helping professions, supervision is regarded as best practice.
- Catherine Sandler has 20 years’ experience of individual and group supervision and has written a chapter on her approach in Coaching and Mentoring Supervision: Theory and Practice editors T. Bachkirova, P. Jackson & D. Clutterbuck (published in 2011 by Open University Press). However, please note that her availability for supervision is very limited.
- Rachel Goodwin and Jani Rubery also offer supervision. They bring extensive experience in the field of coaching and leadership development and a warm and insightful approach.
- Rachel has a particular interest in combining supervision of client work with supporting coaches keen to develop and grow their coaching practice.
